Red Sky Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to manage civil engineering projects, working on flood defence and highways schemes in the Kent area.

Key Responsibilities

Management of site staff, operatives and sub-contractors
Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments and project management plans
Understand tender allowances and monitor contract costs against agreed budgets
Preparing and monitoring programmes of work
Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors
Manage design co-ordination
Manage contracts to ensure timely and profitable completion of contracts
Inform, consult, and involve local groups as necessary
Foster good relations and reputation with clients
Understand and administer contract change
Skills Required

Proven experience as a Site Agent
A background in heavy civils schemes with a main contractor experience
Experience working on either earthworks/drainage, flood defence, structures or highways/road schemes.
NEC Contracts Experience
HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent,
SMSTS
CSCS card
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
