We’re recruiting for an Ancillary Operator to join the press department of a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch. This is a permanent position offering stability, great training, and long-term career potential.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting press operators with production activities

Handling components and materials around the press area

Performing basic quality checks and assisting with changeovers

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
