Are you an Early Years specialist who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty? Do you believe that the best learning often happens in the middle of a mud kitchen or a glitter explosion?
We are seeking an intuitive, high-energy EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Academy in Blackpool. This is an environment built on the wholehearted pursuit of excellence, and we need a consistent, full-time professional to provide stability and drive progress as we head toward the 2026 assessment season.

The Environment: A broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum where access is free and equal for all.
The "Messy" Factor: You must be 100% comfortable with messy play, outdoor learning, and the general whirlwind of an EYFS classroom!
