We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the night shift operations on a large-scale department store fit out in central Bristol. This is a significant contract involving a full strip out, refurbishment, and internal fit out of a high-profile retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site activities during the night shift

*

Oversee subcontractors and ensure smooth night operations

*

Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

*

Coordinate and report on progress, resolving site issues promptly

*

Deliver work to a high standard, on time and within programme

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing large retail/department store fit out projects

*

Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (all in date)

*

Ability to manage night shifts independently with strong leadership

*

Background in strip out, refurbishment and full fit out projects essential

*

Able to coordinate multiple trades and meet project deadlines
