An established vehicle dealership in Greenwich has a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor/Service Team Manager to join their team.

We seek an experienced Service Advisor who likes to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, for this delightful car dealership in Greenwich.

The Role
As an experienced Service Advisor/Service Team Manager, you will be familiar with the role, including delivering a high level of service to all customers visiting the service department. From the initial point of contact with the customer, checking the details on the Jobcard to updating them throughout the day, to invoicing and handover. To add to the traditional Service Advisor role, this position includes direct contact with your team of Technicians, workshop loading and leading the team, as well as ensuring all vehicles are well looked after whilst In the workshop and washed prior to return.

The requirements:

A customer focused approach, with an appreciation for effective team working
Organisational skills, with the ability to lead a team of technicians
Thrive in a fast-paced customer focused environment
A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role, also for the company car
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is mandatoryThe Salary
Basic £35,000, OTE £53,000 per annum + Company Vehicle

The Hours
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, 45 hours per week and Saturday 8am - 12.30pm (1 in 3, paid as overtime)
