Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services

? Location: Birmingahm
? Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
? Sector: Building Design Consultancy (Residential, Healthcare, Leisure)

The Role:

* Lead electrical design on a variety of building services projects across residential, healthcare, and leisure sectors.

* Produce detailed electrical engineering designs from concept to completion.

* Coordinate with mechanical engineers, architects, and external consultants.

* Ensure all designs meet current regulations, sustainability standards, and client specifications.

* Support and mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.

Requirements:

* Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.

* Proven experience in electrical design within a consultancy environment.

* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and CIBSE standards.

* Proficient in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux, or Relux.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
