Deputy Nursery Manager (Interim – Temp to Perm)
Location: Elsfield, Oxford

SEND Inclusion Support are recruiting for an Interim Deputy Nursery Manager to join a friendly early years setting in Elsfield, Oxford on a temp-to-perm basis, starting ASAP.

This is a full-time, term-time only role, ideal for an Early Years qualified professional looking to progress into or continue within a leadership role. SEND experience is not required.

Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm

Contract: Temp to perm

Salary: £27,000 per annum / £130 - £190 per day

Location: Elsfield, Oxford

Key responsibilities:

*

Supporting daily nursery operations, including activity planning and supervising playtimes

*

Acting as a key worker for a group of children, completing observations and learning journeys

*

Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

*

Working as a team player and remaining in ratio

*

Supporting the Nursery Manager with administrative tasks, data collection and assessments
