You will be:

part of the production team manufacturing bespoke and standard products to high specification.
trained in multiple areas
following job cards to complete the assembly
required to carry out quality checks
carrying out checks on your machinery and equipment to make sure their are fit for purpose
trained to complete routine maintenance
completing paperwork required in relation to the product and the machine you are working on
working towards meeting deadlines and productivity levels to meet client demand
making sure your area is kept clean and tidy therefore in a safe condition You will need:

experience in a hand building manufacturing environment
the ability to read technical drawings/instructions
