We’re looking for a friendly, organised Sales Administrator to join a small, busy team. This part-time role offers flexibility and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
* Process and input customer orders
* Coordinate with colleagues to support smooth fulfilment
* Assist with general admin tasks, including basic stock or availability checks
* Maintain positive, professional communication with customers
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident using IT systems
* A positive, helpful approach
* Previous admin experience helpful but not essential
