Established in 2004, First Light Lamps is a global leader in the manufacture of Xenon and Krypton laser lamps for the medical, aesthetic, and industrial markets. We take great pride in producing high-quality products and continuously raising the bar as the only flash lamp manufacturer in the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team, based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This role involves international travel across Asia, developing both new and existing customer relationships and representing the business at exhibitions to drive sales growth. You may also be asked to support your sales colleagues to trips across Europe and America if required.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage and develop your own portfolio of customer accounts, contribute to the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy, identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities through distributors and OEM customers within your defined regions.
You will have the confidence to build strong, long-term relationships with customers to support sustainable growth and represent First Light Lamps professionally at international exhibitions and industry events.
As the ideal candidate you will be a motivated, ambitious, and a resilient sales professional with strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset. You will be eager to learn and develop within a specialist manufacturing environment and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a successful and supportive team.
