We are excited to launch our Twilight Team Pilot – a brand-new initiative designed to deliver exceptional customer service during the key evening hours of 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. As part of this dynamic team, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global shipping environment, supporting customers and helping our business move forward. This internship is for a period of 6 months.
What you'll be doing:

Responding to customer queries via email

Supporting the resolution of shipment tracking and delivery issues
*
Assisting in updating systems with accurate and timely information
*
Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
*
Playing a key role in shaping the future of our Twilight Team
