Job Role: Production Manager

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer, who are looking for a Production Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

Lead and manage daily production activities
Manage a team of supervisors and operatives
Monitor productivity rates and quality control
Drive process improvement
Collaborate with various departments across the business
Set and evaluate targets, goals, training and performance feedback
Conduct root cause analysis on production issues
Oversee quality control procedures

Job Requirements:

5 years' experience in a manufacturing or production management role
Hold relevant engineering qualifications
Good knowledge of automation and machining
Mechanical Engineering background
Good knowledge of SAP, ERP systems and supply chain management principles

Salary, Shift & Benefits:

£58,000 - £62,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm & Friday 8:30am - 3pm (flexi hours)
Discretionary bonus paid quarterly
