Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to two Labourers for their Responsive Repairs Team on a temporary basis. The role will mainly consist of gutter cleaning.

Responsibilities of the Labourer include:

Cleaning gutters and downpipes on social housing properties
Using ladders and access equipment safely
Reporting any repairs or blockages needing further work
Maintaining tools and equipment
Work safely and professionally
Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties
Picking up and removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking these back into stores
Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice within tenant homes
Delivering an excellent customer experience
Updating PDA in real time on a job's status
Ordering parts and materials
Completing safety checks on tools

Requirements of the Labourer:

UK Driving License
Basic DBS, or willingness to undergo one
Previous labouring experience
