Freelance Project Manager required for a £20M new build 200 bed student accommodation project which is due for PC circa September 2026. Working for the principal contractor the project is a steel portal frame scheme with amenities, landscaping and associated works, there will also be elements of restricted access due to location and nature of works. Role will be site based liaison and management of the principal contractor team and their associated design, construction, commercial, supply chain and consultant teams
Experience as a Project Manager along with a proven track record delivering BTR/student accommodation schemes will be a mandatory requirement along with current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates
