Job Title: Youth Worker Assessor / Trainer 

Location: Home Remote based - Must be flexible with travel when required

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent
 
Essential Criteria:

Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must possess a JNC-recognised qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice, OR, a Degree in Youth & Community Work.
Hold occupational competency within the Youth Work sector.
Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards their Level 3 Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship.
Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Please note:
