This organisation are a UK leader in energy from waste with a growing portfolio of operations across the Midlands. This site, based in South Leicestershire, is a state of the art 24/7 facility looking to improve an already strong level of plant availability.

Description

As Maintenance Manager you will report into the Plant Manager, responsible for a small team of multi-skilled Technicians. The role is days based and would work alongside the Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for:

Managing the Maintenance Team with the responsibility for planning & team development
Leading on all day-to-day maintenance & PPMs across the site, improving CMMS utilisation
Driving a proactive culture in pursuit of increased availability
Working with the Plant Manager to ensure shutdowns are well planned and executedProfile

As Maintenance Manager this candidate will have strong maintenance experience and qualification, alongside the following:

Experience ideally within energy to waste/power generation would also consider steam, petrochemical or aggregates industry
Proven in leading other Engineers/Technicians
Experience with CMMS
Initiative & drive to solve problems
Keen eye for safetyJob Offer
