Are you a Class 2 Driver looking for ongoing, full-time work? Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a growing operation based in Warwick, delivering goods nationwide to small independent retailers.
This is an excellent opportunity for Class 2 Drivers seeking consistent work with the potential to go permanent after 12 weeks.

HGV Class 2 Job Overview:

• Role: HGV Class 2 Driver
• Location: Warwick
• Type: Temp to Perm (permanent after 12 weeks)
• Pay: £14.55 per hour (increasing to £15.55 after 8 hours per day)
• Start Time: Between 06:00 & 07:00
• Finish Time: Approx. 17:00 &18:00
• Drops: Average 8 – 9 nationwide multi-drop deliveries per day
• Customers: Small independent retailers across the UK
• Vehicle Type: Curtain sider vehicles

Key Responsibilities for Class 2 Drivers:

• Nationwide multi-drop deliveries to small independent retail outlets
• Offloading goods using a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
• Manual handling and handballing – must be physically fit
• Representing the company in a professional manner and delivering excellent customer service

Ideal Class 2 Driver Profile:

• 6 months+ HGV Class 2 driving experience preferred – however, newly qualified Class 2 Drivers are welcome to
apply
• Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding work
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Flexible and reliable with a good work ethic
