Caretaker  – Rochdale
3 Days per Week
Pay: £14.50 – £20.00 per Hour
Immediate Start Available

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable caretaker to join our team at a private Build to Rent (BTR) accommodation in Rochdale. This is a part-time role, working three days per week, with immediate start available for the right candidate.

Caretaker Requirements:

Must hold a valid DBS check to gain full access to the property
Previous experience in property maintenance, hotel maintenance, or student accommodation preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Caretaker Duties will include:

General property maintenance and repair tasks
Taking water temperature readings and recording them
Lock repairs
Descaling
Siliconing and re-sealing
Fire alarm tests
Recording and reporting faults
Bin rotation
Other ad hoc maintenance tasks as required
This position would suit a well-rounded handyman or caretaker with a broad skill set and a proactive approach.
