Key Responsibilities

Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, afternoon teas, bars and functions

Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service

Manage administration such as rotas, ordering, stock control, budgets and finances.

Ensure service standards remain consistently high across the department

Be the face of the team, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere

What we're looking for

Previous experience in hotel F&B management

Strong leadership and organisational skills, whilst cool and calm under pressure.

Outgoing personality that motivates and inspires others

Experience in fine dining and high-quality hospitality
