We’re currently recruiting experienced Class 1 and Class 2 LGV drivers for a busy and well-established distribution operation based in Bedford. If you're looking for consistent work with a professional team, this role offers long-term potential and excellent pay.

? Easily Commutable From:

Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Stevenage, Cambridge, Biggleswade, St Neots, Dunstable, Hitchin, Peterborough and surrounding areas.

? Available Roles

? Class 1 Drivers (LTD, Umbrella, or PAYE)

* Day and night shifts available

* Curtain sider or bay tip work

* Forklift-off or trunking routes

* Clean, well-maintained vehicles

? Class 2 Drivers (Temp-to-Perm, PAYE)

* Multi-drop pallet deliveries

* Monday to Friday schedule

* No tail lift usage

* Opportunities for permanent employment

? Working Pattern

* Monday to Friday – no weekends

* Day shifts: Start at 06:00, approx. 10 hours

* Night shifts: Start at 18:00 (limited requirement)

* Routes typically pre-planned 1–2 weeks in advance

✅ Candidate Requirements

* Valid UK LGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence

* Minimum 1 year’s experience in HGV Class 1 or Class 2 driving

* CPC qualification & Digital Tachograph Card

* Good communication skills and a professional approach

* Ability to follow schedule and route instructions accurately

* Tachograph data must be downloaded daily – essential for payment

* Tail lift use is not permitted due to insurance restrictions
