A Health and Social Care Teacher is required for a an excellent secondary school in Durham area. This role requires teaching Health and Social Care to Key Stages 4 and 5. This is full part time Health and Social Care Teacher role will begin in March and last for several weeks. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal candidate would:

* Have good classroom management skills

* Have a passion for teaching Health and Social Care

* Have excellent subject knowledge

* Be able to organise themselves

* Be able to plan effective, engaging Health and Social Care lessons.

We are keen to hear from both experienced ‘Subject’ teachers or ECTs.

To apply for a teaching position with Premier Teachers you must hold QTS or QTLS.

In addition, you must:

• Provide two referees we can contact

• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
