Location: London (Waterloo) | Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 + Commission

Carriera is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Resourcer to support our busy consultants in sourcing top talent across the property and construction sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment - with a clear path to consultant level.

Role responsibilities:

Identify and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Write and post engaging job adverts
Qualify CVs, conduct initial candidate calls, and manage interview processes
Provide administrative and market research support to the wider team
What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A keen interest in property, construction and recruitment
Previous experience in a recruitment or sales support role (preferred)
