The Role - Room Leader (Baby Room)

As the Baby Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for our youngest children. You'll lead a dedicated team, plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS, and work closely with parents to ensure every child's individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily operation of the baby room

Support and mentor your team

Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families

Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed

Deliver high-quality, child-centred care and learning experiences

About You:

Level 3 (or above) in Early Years/Childcare (Essential)

Experience in a nursery setting, preferably in a leadership or senior practitioner role

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Passionate, caring, and enthusiastic

Excellent communication and leadership skills
