About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and career progression, starting on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform routine machine maintenance and quality checks.
Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure accuracy.
Work to tight tolerances and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator (Turning or Milling).
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
