Harte Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established property investment company in West Yorkshire, currently expanding into international markets. We are inviting driven, target-oriented Investment Sales Consultants with strong experience in off-plan and buy-to-let property sales to apply.
In this role, you’ll manage HNW clients, understand their investment goals, and present tailored opportunities to grow their portfolios. A key focus will be on selling off-plan property investments in Cyprus, particularly to the British expat community. You'll play a vital role in driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value deals in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
The Package:
* Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum + uncapped OTE (min £80,000 +)
* Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (40 hours per week)
* Hybrid - one day per week working remotely
* 23 days annual leave + bank holidays + Birthday Day off

The Investment Sales Consultant role:
* Closing qualified leads through expert, data-driven investment advice and consultations
* Presenting off-plan and buy-to-let opportunities across various client channels
* Maintaining a robust pipeline of investors and buyers
* Communicating market trends, yields, and ROI with in-depth knowledge of developments
* Building client trust through transparent advice and achieving/exceeding sales targets
* Supporting team performance and mentoring junior consultants
The Person:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a property investment sales role
* A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
* A strong understanding of UK property markets, particularly off-plan and buy-to-let sectors
* Able to explain investment concepts clearly and confidently to clients
* Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
* Able to speak Cypriot (desirable, not essential)
