About Us:
We are a family-owned eCommerce business based in Bingham, Nottinghamshire, supplying industrial, safety and commercial equipment nationwide. Through detailed pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking and performance tracking, we ensure our pricing remains competitive while delivering long-term value to our customers. We’re now looking for an experienced Commercial Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Reviewing daily pricing operations

*

Maintaining and updating pricing databases and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

*

Utilising Excel and Google sheet functions to interpret datasets and extract actionable insights

*

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance pricing efficiency

*

Leveraging data and AI-driven insights to identify opportunities and risks

*

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to guide agile decisions

*

Ensuring all pricing practices uphold regulatory and brand standards

Supporting the wider marketing team with (but not limited to):

*

Using external resource to support the design of product packaging, manuals and videos

*

Supporting the entry of national and international awards

*

Supporting the creation and delivery of print and digital direct mail activity

Skills & Requirements:

*

Analytical and quantitative skills

*

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

*

Ideally has experience in retail pricing or commercial analysis, but not essential

*

Understands market dynamics, margin drivers and competitor positioning

*

Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams
