HR Administrator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Reigate, Surrey (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office)
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 + bonus & benefits

Purpose of the Role:

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This includes handling HR queries, maintaining accurate records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration: Manage HR inboxes, respond to queries, maintain employee records, and ensure HRIS accuracy.

Recruitment Support: Post job ads, arrange interviews, liaise with candidates, track recruitment activity, and coordinate pre-employment checks.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare offer packs and contracts, coordinate inductions and leaver processes, and liaise with IT and Facilities.

Training & Compliance: Manage Learning Management System (LMS), assign training, and generate monthly reports.

Policy & Documentation: Support development and review of HR policies and assist with audits and quality checks.

General Support: Assist with internal events, minute-taking, office coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in administration or support role

Strong communication and organisation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

High level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage sensitive information confidentially

Desirable:

Previous HR admin experience

Familiarity with HR systems and processes

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
