Drafting wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Managing probate applications and administering estates
Advising on estate planning, tax implications, and trust matters
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals
Keeping up-to-date with legislation and industry best practice

A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Wills and Probate
Strong background in legal drafting and estate administration
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate client approach
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Dedication to providing outstanding client care and timely case progression
