Randstad C&P is recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing UK-based property services team. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career and grow with a company from the ground up.

The Package:

Competitive salary between £30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
Company van and fuel card provided
28 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks in residential properties
Performing carpentry and joinery duties, including repairs and installations
Boxing in and securing exposed pipework
Lifting, relaying, and repairing floorboards where needed
Completing minor patching, plastering, and finishing work
Providing a friendly, professional service while working in occupied homesRequirements:

Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled or handyperson role
Strong carpentry/joinery skills and a good general maintenance background
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and professionally in domestic settings
