I’m looking for a Repairs Coordinator to join a forward-thinking housing team. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping homes safe, well-maintained and relet efficiently – making a real difference to residents' lives.

?️ What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Acting as a first point of contact for tenants with housing and repairs queries
✅ Managing responsive and proactive repairs from start to finish
✅ Working closely with contractors to ensure repairs are completed on time and to a high standard
✅ Helping ensure properties are relet quickly and meet quality standards
✅ Supporting health & safety compliance and coordinating access
✅ Keeping accurate repair data and ensuring swift invoice processing
✅ Working collaboratively with teams to minimise complaints and disrepair cases

? What I’m Looking For:
? Previous experience in a housing, maintenance or property environment
? Strong organisational and customer service skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy role
? Excellent communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
? Confident using Microsoft 365 and housing management systems
? Knowledge of Omniledger or XTag is a bonus!
