KFM are recruiting for a Despatch Operative based a short walk from the centre of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a well-established company, offering stability and the chance to go permanent.

·Day shifts on weekly rotation (8:30–16:30 / 9:30–17:30 / 10:00–18:00)

The Role:

·Picking orders from floor-level pick points only
·Operating lifting and handling equipment (Power Pallet Trucks and Hand Pallet Trucks)
·Maintaining inventory accuracy using warehouse systems
·Ensuring the workplace is kept safe, clean, and organised
·Supporting team staffing levels by working required shifts
·Following all Health & Safety requirements
The Person:

·Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch role
·Ability to work well under pressure
·Strong communication skills
·Basic IT knowledge
·Flexible and reliable with shift work
·UK Driving Licence beneficial (not essential)
