Paint Shop Team Leader
Location: Farnborough
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week
Pay Rate: £16.50 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Paint Shop Team Leader to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of paint sprayers and ensuring high standards of quality and productivity are maintained.

Key Responsibilities of the Paint Shop Team Leader

Lead and supervise a team within the paint shop

Support daily operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Carry out paint spraying as required, using a variety of techniques and finishes

Monitor and maintain quality control processes

Train and support team members with tasks and development

Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Report to management with updates and performance issues

Requirements  of the Paint Shop Team Leader

Proven experience in paint spraying (industrial, automotive or similar)

Previous supervisory or team leading experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good communication and soft leadership skills

Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
