Tradewind Recruitment is working with secondary schools in Daventry that are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teachers to join their teams from September 2025. These are full-time, long-term positions ideal for both experienced educators and confident ECTs looking to develop their teaching practice in a supportive environment.

You'll play a vital role in delivering engaging, high-quality Maths lessons that challenge and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4 - helping them to build confidence and achieve their potential.

What you'll be doing:

Planning and delivering creative, differentiated Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum

Assessing pupil progress and adapting lessons to meet individual needs

Managing behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and focused classroom environment

Contributing to departmental planning, development and enrichment opportunities

Working as part of a collaborative and supportive staff team

You'll be a great fit if you:

Hold UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification in Mathematics

Have recent experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools

Are committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning

Have excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management skills

Are eager to be part of a forward-thinking school community
