Our partnered SEMH school in Bolton is seeking a dedicated Intervention Support Worker to join their supportive team immediately.

About the Role:

As an Intervention Support Worker, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs.

Implement tailored intervention programmes to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.

Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

Encourage engagement, independence, and self-confidence in a nurturing environment.

About You:

You have experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or additional learning needs.

You're patient, resilient, and passionate about helping every child reach their potential.

You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (essential due to school locations and potential off-site support).

Team Teach or de-escalation training is desirable, but not essential.
