We provide free online training, taster days, and one-to-one guidance to help you step into the classroom feeling prepared, supported, and excited.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We offer flexible roles such as Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor, giving you hands-on experience to explore different aspects of education:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

* Support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis

* Assist with learning strategies and classroom activities

* Build meaningful relationships that support academic and emotional growth

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

* Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of a teacher

* Manage classroom behaviour and encourage focus

* Maintain a calm, positive learning environment

Who We’re Looking For:

* Aspiring teachers or recent graduates looking for a meaningful start in education

* Empathetic, yet confident individuals who can engage and inspire young people

* Adaptable, resilient team players who are ready to make a real difference

* Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only

* Schedule: 8:30am – 3:15pm, Monday to Friday

* Pay: From £90 per day (via PAYE)
