We’re looking for Secure Residential Support Workers for a client based in Hailsham.
This is a rewarding and fast-paced role, perfect for individuals who are resilient, empathetic, and motivated by supporting young people with complex needs
 
About the role 

Supporting and safeguarding children in residential setting
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement through structured activities
Working 1:1 and in groups to provide high-quality care and emotional support
Participating in education, enrichment, and keywork sessions
Responding to incidents with calm, proportionate, trauma-informed actionsAbout You:

A proactive, nurturing attitude and a strong team ethic
Experience in working with vulnerable young people
Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 rota
Due to the nature of the role, an Enhanced DBS is required
