* Someone who has prior experience being an Assistant Site Manager
* Someone who has a background in social housing, local authority or similar housing association.
* SMSTS Certificate
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Site Manager overseeing projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest quality, while sticking to budgets.
* Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
* The first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.
* Managing and production of all aspects of Health & Safety.
