Precast Foreman

The Role

As Precast Foreman, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the factory floor and yard. You'll lead a team of around 20 operatives, ensuring daily production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

You'll be the go-to person for your team offering support, motivation, and problem-solving while working closely with senior management to keep operations on track.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and organising the daily production plan

Supervising and motivating a team of factory operatives

Driving a strong health & safety and "clean as you go" culture

Overseeing quality checks and equipment standards

Supporting training, skills development and continuous improvement

Managing resources, stock levels, and waste effectively

What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or construction environment

A strong understanding of health & safety and factory operations

Confident, hands-on leadership style with great communication skills

Organised, proactive, and comfortable making day-to-day decisions

Precast or concrete experience is a bonus, but not essential
