What You'll Do:
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract Nurses, HCAs, and other clinical professionals.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast recruitment needs and align recruitment efforts with business growth.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial attraction to onboarding and sign-off.
• Engage with candidates regularly, providing a seamless recruitment journey with consistent updates.
• Work in collaboration with the Compliance Team to ensure swift and efficient onboarding.
• Contribute to the overall company growth by meeting individual and team targets.

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or similar fast-paced recruitment environments.
• Ability to strategically partner with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
