Building Management Systems - Sales Manager

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK Leading provider within the building energy management systems sector.

They are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager for the North East region. A great opportunity to join a reputable and established UK leader in the BMS space.

The Role:

The position operates at a direct sales and sales management level and reports to the Senior Sales Manager
The principle aim of this role is to lead and unite a sales team to ensure a high quality customer service is delivered whilst supporting regional growth
Work with existing customers and target new customers, projects and major upgrade work opportunities from end users, public sector, main contractors and M&E Contractors

Skills & Experience:

We are seeking someone with strong sales, sales management, project sales and business development skills
Ideally have in-depth knowledge of estimating, bid management, Building management systems
Commercial awareness
Technical expertise on multiple HVAC products

Salary & Benefits:

£50,000 - £55,000
