Set in a thriving Wirral neighbourhood, our pub is known for its warm welcome, quality food, and lively social calendar. We offer:

* Seating for around 100 guests, plus a cosy outdoor space

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading, inspiring, and developing a passionate front-of-house team

* Delivering warm, memorable guest experiences every day

* Managing stock, suppliers, and ordering with precision

* Partnering with the Head Chef to maintain high food and service standards

* Driving daytime traffic and taking dry sales to the next level

* Building strong ties with the local community

* Ensuring consistent compliance across all health & safety and operational processes

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience managing a pub or hospitality venue

* A natural leader who knows how to energise and motivate a team

* Someone who loves food, drink, and creating standout guest experiences

* A calm, organised operator who thrives in high-energy environments
