Support Worker – Learning Disabilities, Witney, Oxfordshire, £14.25–£18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily routines and personal care
Encourage independence and skill-building
Support activities, hobbies, and community outings
Provide help with medication and health needs
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment

Required Skills & Experience

At least 3 months’ experience in care or support work
Certificated social care training
Compassionate, flexible, and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to support with personal care and medication
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
