Imperial Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role is instrumental in delivering strategic growth, winning new business, and strengthening existing customer relationships across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Be a confident brand ambassador, promoting the business, its services, and values

*

Identify and secure new business opportunities in Moulding, Assembly, and Tooling

*

Manage and grow existing client partnerships, building deep commercial insight

*

Lead the sales process from initial contact to order conversion

*

Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure seamless onboarding

*

Drive long-term growth through market research and relationship building

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business development, preferably in manufacturing

*

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

*

Results-driven, with a proactive and strategic approach

*

Able to work independently and cross-functionally within teams

*

A tenacious, relationship-focused professional with a growth mindset

Salary & Benefits:

£45,000 basic salary

Commission structure

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
