Job Advert – Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Location: Warrington
Rate: Dependent upon experience Outside IR35
We’re working with a successful MEP design and build contractor specialising in the Food Production and Pharmaceutical sectors. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their growing in-house design department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team delivering innovative Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical services for high-profile projects.
The Role
* Leading the mechanical design of building services systems across a range of projects
* Producing detailed designs, specifications and technical reports
* Coordinating with Revit technicians, Electrical engineers and other disciplines
* Attending design meetings and liaising with clients to ensure project requirements are met
* Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
About You
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within building services
* Strong background in HVAC and general mechanical systems design
* Knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practice
* Experience within the Food Production or Pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
