Up Front Recruitment are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established groundworks and civil engineering contractor based near Pontefract. This is a permanent role overseeing multiple live projects across groundworks and civil engineering works.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing site delivery, supporting site managers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. This Contracts Manager role involves regular site visits, commercial awareness, and strong leadership across multiple sites.

As a Contracts Manager, you will act as the link between site teams and senior management. The successful Contracts Manager will be comfortable covering several projects at once and supporting teams working on drainage, earthworks, reinforced concrete, external works, and surfacing.

This Contracts Manager position suits someone who enjoys autonomy, clear responsibility, and being trusted to run their area effectively.
