are looking for a self-starter to join our growing team of 5 as a Recruitment Consultant.
Salary basic is generally looking upwards from £27k for the basic with a commission structure on top, however negotiations can also be discussed depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, this role does offer hybrid working with office days generally covering Tuesday to Thursday (Flexibility to come into the office on Monday and Friday is also there)
Job duties include:
Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads
Interview jobseekers to continuously enhance the database of jobseekers
Identify matches between jobs and potential candidates
Screen and shortlist candidates for their recruiting clients or their own organisation
Negotiate any agency fees
Prepare candidates for interviews
Headhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positions
Ensure all paperwork and compliance is also documented
Requirements
A confident speaker who enjoys meeting new people and forming connections
Experience in 360 recruitment (180 Recruiters may also be considered as long as there is a willingness to learn sales)
Full clean licence and car
Knowledge of recruitment systems
