About the Role
As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students across various subjects and age groups. From assisting in classroom activities to providing one-on-one support, your dedication will contribute to creating an engaging and enriching learning experience for all students.
Responsibilities include:
Support teachers in delivering lessons and implementing learning activities.
Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the educational needs of students.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
