Are you passionate about helping young people reach their full potential? Our partner school in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Learning SUpport Assistant to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.

About the Role

As a Learning SUpport Assistant in this inclusive secondary setting, you will provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist in classroom learning, and help students overcome barriers to achievement. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure every pupil feels supported and encouraged.

What We’re Looking For

The successful Learning SUpport Assistant will:

Have strong communication and teamwork skills

Be patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting students of all abilities

Have (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the classroom

Hold Teaching Assistant qualifications – advantageous but not essential
