Metalis is working with a well-established business in the metals and engineering sector who are looking to add an Office Administrator to their team.

Responsibilities:

Sales order processing

Checking stock availability

Collecting PRDs

Verifying orders

General administration and organisation

Booking visitors in

Data entry on Excel

Person Specification:

Previous experience in a metals/engineering office (advantageous)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and think proactively

Confident IT skills, including Excel

Numerically confident

Local to South Sheffield / Rotherham area
