As a Quotation Specialist, you'll liaise with customers to understand their product needs, prepare accurate quotations, and convert them into sales orders. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, and Warehouse teams to support the end-to-end quoting process.

Job Title: Quotation Specialist
Location: Wokingham
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals
Liaise with suppliers for pricing and review quote requests
Maintain CRM records and manage quotation workflows
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Analyse customer data and report on SLA/KPI progress
Support sales team operations and attend team meetings
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitors
Identify upselling opportunities and assist in process improvements
Maintain documentation and provide regular performance reportsSkills and Experience:

Strong experience with CRM/ERP systems and Excel
Background in customer service or quoting
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, numeracy, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks
